Monsoon exhibits the excellent type and style of his family, being exceptionally long and level, with a wide flat rump. He is sharp and high at the withers accentuating his uphill stature, while being smoothly blended in his front end assembly. He finished his championship in 2002.

His dam, Windysprings Merry Sea Breeze 5*M, appraised at age eight with a final score of 90 (VEEE) and milked over 3,000 pounds. On his sire's side, his paternal grand dam, Windysprings Magic Sea Shine 6*M, appraised at age seven with a final score of 90 (VVEE) and also milked over 3,000 pounds. His grand sire, *B Lucky Star's F Kernel, at only two years of age appraised 90 (VEE)!

As evidenced by Monsoon's daughters, he is passing on his traits of good type and production. In my herd, he appears to improve dairy character, general appearance, size and stature as well as mammary systems which includes an increase in milk production.  ~ Cindy Silva
