FHF Sonic was sired by T4 Dono, a solid red son of T4 Scorpio, while his dam was a heavy paint also sired by T4 Scorpio. This double color gene on both sides of his pedigree ensures Sonic's ability to reproduce color traits in his offspring. T4 Dono was an extremely large framed buck, purchased from W.E. and Carolyn Whitehead. T4 Paisley, Sonic's dam, is a beautiful paint doe out of another heavy paint doe, Powell/Holman 2SIS 207P.
