BIO-Genics, LTD, its agents and employees cannot control the manner by which, or circumstances under which their semen and products are used, or the techniques used in the application and, therefore, makes no warranties or representations beyond those made expressly herein. BIO-Genics, LTD cannot and does not guarantee the conception rate, breed purity of sire, quality, or productivity to be obtained in connection with the use of its products or recommended techniques. It makes no guaranties, warranties or representations, either written or oral of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, which extend beyond the description of its products and hereby disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
   In the unlikely event that any of our products are damaged in shipment or are proven to be defective, damages resulting from their use shall be limited to the purchase value of the semen. In no event shall BIO-Genics, LTD be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
